Woodcock Holdings is a third-generation family run property development and investment company based in Wimbledon Village, South-West London.

During its long period of operations numerous development projects have been completed ranging from one off luxury bespoke residences to large scale town centre apartment and office blocks resulting in significant contributions to local housing stock and office accommodation.

Each respective generation has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise across all sectors of the property industry and have recently undertaken several portfolio restructuring initiatives incorporating a move away from traditional residential development to a more specific focus on the purchase and trading of land with planning gains.

Woodcock Holdings currently holds an investment portfolio consisting of retail, office and residential properties all within the SW19 locale.
